Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible so we can take prompt action.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Unwanted gifts
- Packaging damage with the item inside unaffected
Return Request Window
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return. Requests made after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted.
We recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive.

Return Options: Refund or Replacement
After we confirm the damage or defect, you will be given the option to choose:
- Replacement: We will send a new item of the same product at no extra cost.
- Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- All original parts, accessories, or tags must be included.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided if necessary.
- We may cover return shipping costs if the damage is due to our error.
